Vettai Mannan, a name that is totally new for a STR Thalaivan
Silambarasan’s movie. I am sure that Fans would start loving the title
behind it Mannan, the yesteryear flick of Super Star Rajinikanth.


Today it was all news for STR Fans and that too right from
the horse’s mouth STR himself. STR had listened to a story from Nelson a
newbie and also a friend of STR over phone and he was so impressed that
he asked Nelson to send the script to him and he was so happy with the
way it was presented.


The later then narrated the story to STR fully and it was all
fun time listening to the story. And STR immediately conveyed this to
NIC. Arts Chakravarthy who was happy to say that he is gonna produce the
movie.


The decisions were taken so quickly and they came to the conclusion of the cast and crew.

Vettai Mannan is the next film that Silambarasan is concentrating on.
This film is to be shot extensively in America and Europe and
arrangements are being made for the cast and crew to travel to these
destinations and complete the shoots. Since these scenes are to be shot
in exotic locations, insiders feel that the producers are bent upon
making sure that the cinematography is top-notch.Silambarasan has said
that VM will have three heroines and out of these three one....

Vaanam, ‘Evandi Unna Pethaan’ is already a runaway hit. Simbu had
written and sung the song, which was released earlier to increase the

Vettaimannan Starts Rolling

The much anticipated Tr-lingual movie of STR – Thalaivan Silambarasan Vettai Mannan , to be directed by Nelson was started yesterday. With Vaanam almost on the final edges of the post production work and Podaa Podi in the final stages, this Project is getting shot under huge expectations.
Speaking to Nelson the director of this much awaited film, he coveys that being his first film and that too with STR it is going to be a tremendous pressure on his shoulders, but with the way the script has come out, he says he his thrilled to shoot the movie as soon as possible.
He guarantees that the movie will be off beat and that the fans are going to love the screen play and STR.  And he promises that the combo of Jai and STR will be mind blowing.
It is also said Santhanam will play the comedian, and that the comical lines between Jai and STR would be even more funnier. Ace musician Yuvan Shankar Raja scores the music in all the three languages.
And coming to the heroine, the talks are on final stages with a leading bollywood actress and that the norms would be signed any time. The movie also has a model from hollywood playing a major role.

SIMBU proves a point to his Fans.

Actor Jeeva starrer Ko was released yesterday and is running with mixed responses. But KO has already created waves in Thalaivan STR’s Simbu Fans page.
A lot of fans thronged STR’s Fan page with comments expressing their happiness on Simbu @ STR on not doing the movie.
X said that the movie has a political dimension to it which will not suit their star as Simbu has Fans from all political parties. Y said Simbu missed a opportunity of working with the ayan director.
Z said the hero of the film does not have a big role he was treated like just another character in the film and some added that it was ajmal who was portrayed like the protagonist at last..
Some said Ko was just another ayan where there were so many resemblances to the former .. But few felt Simbu should have done KO so that he would have got a different dimension to his acting. Because of this more than 100 messages were thronged in the Fans page.
It is well known that STR was the first Actor to be approached with the script and that the later walked away from the project in a friendly manner, citing creative difference with the ace director.
Reacting to this the Admin of this Fan page ”xxxxxx” came up with a statement saying KO was indeed a NO NO for STR ! .. this comment agitated many fans as they replied vigorously for this post.
But who cares for what X said and what Y said after all the mayhem came the Young Super Star – STR, cool and composed as he replied to the Fans with the following message,

“doing a movie and not doing it is an actors personal choice . i welcome ur comments and at the same time i don’t want any 1 one to talk bad about other films in my page … i am from the same industry and i respect cinema and want all movies to do well for our industry …VAANAM is releasing on 29th and i promise my fans VAANAM will not let them down … thanks”

This message from STR as they call him affectionately was warmly welcomed even by his haters and critics in the Facebook Fan Page.
And for the mayhem, the axe falls on the head of admin. But when we asked fans on what they felt about this mayhem they said

 ” Let people think whatever , we still feel simbu was right in walking out of KO , that movie would have surely hurted his fans but as we all know he is a gem he warned us – his fans for talking against another star, thats our STR thats why we love him”

That is yet another example for the bonding OF STR and his Loyal Fans....
